I have been on vacation the last few days. Please call Wild West Honda in the morning and ask for Bill. Clearly a mistake was made by us and I would like to refund the difference ASAP. I will more than make it fair, please contact me in the morning. Sorry for the overcharge, it was unintentional. I will make it right. As mentioned above, please ask for Bill or Robert for the Motohouston discount, we have several new employees in all departments.

Yeah, I had several things done, 3 page invoice, and Iím guilty of not looking at it in detail until later in the day when I got home. And yes Iím happy with the work they did. Rode the out of it Sunday and everything performed well. Bill has already left me a message to contact him. Iím confident he will explain what it is or correct it.

The only explanation is that we failed and owe you some money. Be assured, I'll make it right.

As mentioned here and many times elsewhere by members and sponsors make sure to tell them you are a MH member. If not they will charge you the same as they charge everyone else. If that was the case here then it's not necessarily WWH fault. Thanks to all the sponsors who do hook us up with great prices

Two Wheel Toyz is probably the cheapest because they free installation. They scratched my wheels badly though.

Motorcycles Unlimited Called them Thursday for a new dual sport tire for my Vstrom. He didnt have it in stock. Ordered it and had it in the next day. Dropped by Friday on the way home. They mounted and balanced tire and had me out the door in about 30 min. Good prices and service. The other places i called said they wouldnt have the tire till the following Week.

Bill at Wild West was awesome. He made sure I got the discounted sale price on my tires. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

BTW. The best place to wait for your service is at the Hooters next door.
