Dont jump to the liter bike to quick, thing I didnt take into consideration was the difference in weight. 929 is alot heavier than a new 600!

you know the 929 is heavier than most of the new bikes but the new 600's can run with a 929 easy. 929 is alota weight to learn with but thet are a rather easy bike to ride. ultimately its up to you i like the 929 and 954 some of the best bikes made and i know thee is alota ppl that will agree with that.get what you want either way be safe and take it easy till you get used to it.

get a 600 ride that for a while and then maybe move to a 1000. if you get a 1000 now you will have nothing to look forward to in the future
