Question Regarding Legality of Lights

Want to get started on my cafe build again, been lazy about it. Always find something else I want to buy. Anyways, do I HAVE to have turn signals on a 72 cb450 for it to be street legal?

and just FYI.... that applies to all motorcycles in Texas, not just the old ones.

Although, I'd prefer to have SOMETHING on there... even if small and hidden. Guess it all depends on style and when/where you plan to ride it.
