Thumbs up Spirited ride on July 15th

I am unable to ride on saturday with the group ride so I was wondering if anyone would be interested in riding sunday morning at a spirited pace(362 farm road...)
I don't know yet the back roads so we might need someone to volunteer to lead.

I'm watching the weather closely, but I am planning to ride Saturday. Starting a twisty loop from the SE (288/Hwy6) and eventually making it out to Brookeshire area....

It's a fun route

If bike ready, I'll ride.

My bike is a monster 600, not a lot of ...I'll do DPSL in turns, but will be just a tad over the speed limits on the straights.

If you are cool with riding like that...

It says rain the rest of the week but there's no telling what it will really be like come Saturday. The route I'm taking is worth meeting up over here on the SE side, and allows you to break off towards the end of the ride and go back to the west side or where ever you came from...

SL in MOST straights...
Corners, whatever pace you know you are comfortable with

I guess I'm in if it's not pouring. Rain while already out, ok. Pouring 24-7... no thanks.

I am sure the weather will give us a 4-6 hrs window...
So what about an early ride like 8am at the gas station of 290 and humfeister(sorry about my french..)...something like that!

Between, Jimrad,Longdraw,Newrider,Trish,Pachuco(i have not met you yet) I think there is potential for a fun ride!
Craig600,Ronin...we are waiting for you!

So, what do you guys think about making it an official ride weather permitting?

Noob ride on the 14th already scheduled and whatever you guys want a call this one on sunday.

What do you all think?

Haha just re-read the OP....didn't realize you said you were OUT for Saturday. Oops. Either way, I may ride both days, who knows. But I will be starting my route from the SE. It's easier and more fun for me to start from this end of town. No point in me riding 40 or so miles to get to the meet spot when the first 40 of my route will already have me going through plenty of turns. I may post a thread, we'll see....

Let's hope for good dry weather!!!
