This is the 3rd wallet I've lost in the past few years. First one came right out my back pocket. After that I started putting it in my zipped front exterior jacket pocket, then it fell out when I forgot to zip it. Now the zipper just comes undone (most likely at high speeds) and the wallet falls out yet again....

Is it a single zipper, or are there two that come together to close the main pouch? I want to start taking a bag with me that stores drinking water and other emergency equip for when I go on rides. I went on a 310 mile solo ride today and it would have sucked if I had a flat, radiator leak or something of that nature, and had no way of fixing it.

Sucks.... that is a feeling when you reach for your wallet and its not there. I only ride with dl, one cc, and insurance card because i was in your situation. But a neighbor found it and knocked on my door right as i canceled my last cc. Hope atleast your dl shows up in the mail.

Yea, consolidating the cards and ID's for riding isn't a bad idea. Bringing CASH along with you would be good too, just in case. I plan on riding with an aero backpack on every ride as soon as I purchase the right one, so the wallet shouldn't be an issue. If anything, I will begin to start putting my wallet under the solo cowl.

I put some house keys in the rear cowl, and they slid down. It took a coat hanger and about 30 minutes to get them back. Im just glad they didnt manage to find their way to freedom of the open road.

DWMB err DWMW, did you turn right after the park in san felipe? There are about 4 different ways to go to fayetteville from pattison, If I ride that way today I will keep a look out for it but need to know the route. PM me as we can't post routes.

I lost mine riding my fiddy around my trails. Got everything cancelled, got new ID, and then a month later a knock at the door. A Dad and his son found it in a ditch down the road, and everything was still intact. I looked everywhere for that thing too.

On a side note I lost my side plate for my enduro on a street/trail escapade on Thursday, went back to find it on the 30 miles of woods and road and couldnt find it anywhere. Just part of the game I suppose.

Good luck!!
