Dealers that will handle title transfers

hey guys I have a buyer lined up for my bike; but HSBC holds the title and will not release it to anybody but me. The buyer is a little spooked about the bike still being in my name once we pay it off. I remember on other threads someone had mentioned a dealer handling the paperwork for a fee. The buyer feels more protected having them do; rather than trusting me to hand over the title once I receive it. Even though he will take possession of the bike as soon as he gives me the money. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Call Patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited and see if he can do it. He sells bikes at his shop, so he can at least point in the right direction.

Make the buyer pay the fee.

Thanks bud! It will be a simple pay-off. he is just going to pay what I owe on the bike. he just wants to make sure he doesn't get screwed which I understand.
