How did the plungers seat? That is my biggest concern with those.
Heard of people having to shave or shim for OEM fitment.

As far as I can tell they were a drop in fit. The plungers transferred from the stock levers and everything seems fine.
Gonna go ride in a few minutes and see how it goes.

It's from my understanding it was more of an immediate notice, so that's good. As in the plunger wants to run into the sidewall of the chamber instead of pushing back the piston.

I've never ridden shorties, so curious to hear your thoughts on function as well.

They feel good.
Hmmm, oh yeah. Giggidy!

I rode a buddies Streetfighter when we went to Arkansas a month ago. He has shortys and I liked 'em. I usually use 2 fingers anyway and these have room for 3 if you really get the urge to stop.

UPDATE!

So I finished up my chop over the weekend. By fabbing up the bracket myself I saved over $100 for the "Ducati" license plate kit. Also, we designed the inspection tag plate that doesn't stick out from the original license plate. Have to get a little more angle on the plate, but I'm extremely happy with the outcome. Here's a before and a couple after pics to compare:

No it's back on, took it off to clean it out...since that wasn't included in my service.
way to pay attention to the tail-chop Ed...

I painted the exposed subframe so it wouldn't rust or anything, but rizoma/dp makes these anodized plugs, so I'm looking into those still.

I probably will take all the factory warning stickers off, but that's how it came when I got it from Ducati New Orleans. Bike really was immaculate.

I would take a rubber plug to fit that size pipe/tube and place that over it. To prevent water/elements from entering. Then pull off if you decide to do something else with it. I got many engineering ideas running through my head. I got more info on rubber cover plugs im talking about if you're interested.

Looks great man. Very clean. Just keep in mind if you ever ride down the roller coaster hills on CR335 at fun speeds, your tire may hit your plate. It's happened to me twice on 2 different bikes. Never thought it would be an issue how I mounted it, but the suspension will travel all the way and you run risk of tire to plate contact.

That's all, enjoy the new bike man, very cool ride!

Oh I 100% agree. This suspension is really soft too on this bike right now too.

Gonna need some new rubber soon, so I can hit all these non-noob rides ya'll are doing. She will be no garage queen...

Is that the Third Coast DOC? Sergio was telling me a little about it, but I haven't been out there yet.
