Bad idea?

I need to head down to Murphy Rd. just south of 59 tommorrow afternoon to pick something up. Should I take the bike? I'd leave work in Bryan about noon or so and head in 290 and probably out I10.

Depending on how quickly I can get down there it may not be bad but then again I don't want to be in rush hour traffic on the bike.

Afternoon = 12:01 pm

From * & 59 to I10 shouldn't take more than 2hr round trip.

Rush hours = 4:30-6:30

Taking your time, You should be back around 2pm avoiding rush hour. Take the bike.

Remember to wipe after you .

Sorry I misread. It'll probably take you a little less than 5hrs round trip coming from bryan. Just take advantage of the HOV lanes on your bike back and fourth and you should be alright.

I would come down 359 from Hempstead down to i-10 then 99 south to 90, then over to 59. It would take longer, but you would stay out of most of the traffic, and would be a more enjoyable ride.
