No problem man. Was glad you were so receptive. That's the problem with some of these larger groups.. no offence to anyone but the ego usually wins. No one wants to admit they need to work on their riding or personalities...lol. We are all perfect right.. We're all HalFFAst!!

It's just hard when there are so many riders no matter what we do to get these together.

I agree with Ivan.. I think the rides should be posted as noob only or "pro noob" only (sorry BeaPee..I stole it again)... so people don't try to join a group they are not ready for..I though we have been through this before with and even meet about the Senator Method!

I have my own opinion with going with a group your not ready for, just have to determine when you think your ready to push harder..but we never do that on the street right..

I will try my best to make it and will hop in and out of all the groups.. Hope you all are open for suggestions because I am not going to be very nice..

If I can get my suspension set up I'll try and make this one... will know better tomorrow.
I'll lead or sweep the noobs since it's my first ride on this bike.

That's alright. Hopefully enough noobs will join to make a group. I wouldn't want to go with an experienced group and play catch up.

How long would the ride be? I have work that day around 12 or 1.

0815 Rider Meeting (we will discuss breaking into two groups)

0830 KSU

I need a leader
And a sweeper

I just want to go!

ALSO PLEASE PUT DOWN YOUR PREFERRED PACE: Rossi , Spirited, Noob

Noob group: (helper)

1. Oldschool (lead)
2. Sik9 (noob) ...(CBR-TRAN)

Rossi/ spirited group:..

1. Trish (90%)
2. New Rider (Strong Maybe) (spirited)
3. Elvenzuelan + 3 (spirited/spirited/rossi)
4. Jimrad (lead)
5. Michael2009
6. Ronin

Helpers: (limit 3 noobs / helper)

1. Bluepine (maybe sweep)
2. CBR_TRAN

We will ride to Waller County BBQ, get focused on the FIRST TURN then IMMEDIATE SECOND

NOOBS will leave FIRST then 10 minutes later the ROSSI group we should get to 105 roughly the same time!!!
I am far from a Noob but count me in and I will gladly play sweeper or helper in the slower group. I am a little rusty and coming back in one piece is kind of a priority at my age. Broken bones suck!!!
If not, I will just ride in the rear of the fast group and ride my pace!

I am new to motohouston and was there on Sunday. Glad Lucky is ok. I might be there on Wednesday. Same gas station we filled up at that morning right? I am ok with riding in the noob or spirited group.

I wish I was rolling like you!
I would be happy WITH a Tuono....much less having options.

Texlurch..the tl's ready?..

Lets try to set up the 2 groups by Tuesday evening....that way we already know who will be where...we can always adjust the people that show up without posting here later..

Ryan..we should try the Senator method....when?..i am ready to see how its done. ..

IMO.we really NEED a noob leader that will stay close to PSL...if there is a noob that feels that pace is too slow for him..he can then move to the back of the fast group to see if that pace suits him better.

Sure we can.. just get each group 2 or three pace riders that are scattered between each other. For example if there are 3 goups of 10, you would need at least 9 riders paced between. Depending on the size of each group these numbers can change. Works really good..prevents accordian effect. It will be up to the mid and lead riders to control the pace of each group.

Sweepers
Group 1
Group 2
Group 3

Leads
Group 1
Group 2
Group 3

Mid Pace Rider
Group 1
Group 2
Group 3
