Not really. Unless you count MSRH, the race track in Angleton.
Sign up for a track day and you'll forget about street riding in the Houston area...

Yes there is! Ride 288 south to Hwy 1462 west, then Crab River(FM762) road North then then turn back come back East on 1462 then take Cow Creel road south then come back to 1462 and back to Pearland.

Welcome from a fellow ZX-10R rider

Keep in mind you're not in Arizona anymore.
Once you get past that, there's some DECENT routes South of Pearland.
XRCajun suggested a good little route but I prefer to take it a different way and go down some different roads. I get back in town Wed evening and would be down for an early morn. 4th of July ride. By all means go out there and check it out, and if you wanna roll on the 4th let me know

I wouldn't mind joining you on the 4th. I experimented yesterday evening and found a fairly decent road heading south out of Liverpool. Not a lot of turns, but no traffic.

If you're talking about FM2004, that's a great road for hauling .
It's wide open, no traffic and you can see for miles.

Of course there is one little downside. The cops know it's there too. They loove that road.
You know why they love that road?
Cuz everybody hauls on it.

I guess what I meant was that compared to the track, the roads around here suck.
Straight for 2 miles then turn, straight for 5 miles then turn. There isn't a decent road for 100 miles.

Go to northern Arkansas there you won't find a straight, flat road for 100 miles.

There's all kinds of back country roads in Angleton to ride you just gotta know about them. Fm521/cry rd 29 intersecting is a good starting point. That area is fun on 29

That road looks like it's 1.5 mi long and doesn't seem like anything special on the map....

Maybe next time I go out I'll go all the way S. down Cow Creek/Co Rd 25, spit out on 35 headed east, and check out cr29
