Bill of Sale form

I cut and pasted the bill of sale form that I use when I buy and sell bikes. It's a bit overkill, please change out whatever you'd like.

If you're viewing on a cell phone, it probably looks all effed up.



1. THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE:.

2. THE OBJECT OF THE SALE IS:

3. OWNERSHIP:
3.1 The Seller guarantees that he is the true and lawful owner of the above-described motorcycle and that it is free of all encumbrances and any and all legal claims. Seller Date and Initial ______________

4. WARRANTY:
4.1 The Seller warrants that there are no licensing fees, fines, or other penalties outstanding against the registration of the motorcycle sold in this agreement. Seller Date and Initial_______________

5. DISCLAIMER:
5.1 Before the transaction is complete, the buyer agrees that the bike is in acceptable working order and performs to his satisfaction. Buyer Date and Initial_____________________

6. LEGAL AGE:

7. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND COSTS:

8. PURCHASE PRICE:

I suggest using the state's VTR130-u as your bill of sale but something like this addressing warranties, etc is a great supplement
