Random ticket question

i've driving the gas car (cobalt)
get pulled over for registration being out

ticket says:
operate veh w/out license plate or reg

i get my car reg done in a couple of days
but when i goto court to just show them its done

they said no its not a reg ticket is a driving vehicle w/o license plate ticket

i replied - it says OR reg - i got pulled over for reg being out

they said you have to talk to the DA

she said the cop should have put expired registration not license plate
(my car is a 2010 and has both plates on always )

on the payment list - plate and registration are considered the same category

was the cop just writing it wrong on purpose?

I got one myself. I need to take a better look at it, so I'll get back to you when I get home from the office.

Funny thing is I was given a warning for it.

I don't see the problem here. If they are saying you got a ticket for no plate and you had a plate then it shouldn't be too hard to get out of the ticket.

with PICS, or it didn't happen.

In Houston, I've had a ticket dismissed for expired registration - Just had to show the court clerk a copy of my re-newed registration via a pic on my cell phone.
