meh, rider is clearly a noob...could have got away if he had more riding experience...he was sitting on top of the bike in the turns, and couldn't even find neutral when he stopped.

Not saying I'd run, but then again I don't act like a complete douche when I ride, either

Man, the police system is some annoying . Anyone can hit and run from you, you can catch it on video, get a confession from them on video, etc. and you pay the bill unless your car is totaled.

This is one of those times I want to take the law into my own hands.

A decent rider wouldn't have clipped a car bc he went in too hot to pass on a slight bend in the road..

The guy's lucky nothing worse happened.
