I have a friend who has a blackbird and we have discussed many times what he would replace it with. The anwser is always, none

My GS1100E, I sold it to the same guy in the above post. And when he tired of it I jumped on the opportunity to buy it back for $500 less.

A GS1100 is a badass old school bike. I am a big fan and you are lucky to own one.
The bike that got me interested in bikes was the GS1150E. I never owned one but I always want one. Ahhhh... whyat I wouldnt give to be 17 again!!

I think mike has banged his head on the pavement a few times. Only explanation for selling such a bike....

For me, my naked Motorcycles Unlimited ish SV650 and the Daytona 1200. Both of those were tons of fun and had loads of character!

I just got back on a ride on my "new to me" 1996 Daytona 1200, new S20 tires scrub in ride. I love this bike. It's a big bike but at speed, actually handles just fine.

It may be a longer term keeper than I had planned.

I miss my 2008 1000RR but it was stolen. I've never had sellers remorse yet because I always end up with something that is much better at doing everything I ask it to.

My first street bike - 1989 GSXR -1100. I bought it after only rising a TW200 for a year, but suprisingly never crashes it! Thing was a dinosaur , but so much fun. Ah to go back to 2002.
