Whoa, running his mouth to the cop didn't help him out that's for sure. I actually had an Austin County Sheriff recommend to me to tuck mine instead of the stock position to help keep it from getting stolen or falling off.

The cop was an and well over the line, but this was a year to the day after a dallas freeway was shut down for stunting by a large group of motorcyclists. I'd say it was just profiling gone bad...

Officer should use motorcyclists camera to film the violation, then tag camera (video) for evidence at trial.

And why those other two running from the scene? Like bloodhounds running to the donut shop...

One thing I know for sure, if the second the cop gets out of the car you turn towards him, throw your hands up and scream "What!?!" your day is about to get a lot worse.

LOL. Thanks for the gross generalization. I guess I didn't put a fender eliminator on my bike because it cleans up the tail end.

Sorry doesn't fly. I had one on the last bike too but mine didn't angle the plate inward at a 15 degree angle or positioned so low as to obscure being seen at reasonable distance by LEO.

(6:20) the other cop car pulls across all lanes of traffic on the hiway at 90 degrees to come over and "help". You can see the cars backing up and coming to emergency stops. All kinds of protocall broken here. Rookie cops fire them all.

Quite surprised at the presumtions on here... but Ill bet all the cars passing by also thought he was stunting...given his demener (riding and personality) and nice looking bike, he probably not been at this for long but that would be presumtious of me but probably more acurate. Either way that's no excuss for the cops here. First thing out of his mouth was I'm pulling you over to take your camera. Do you think you could do that to someone. I think not. All kinds of issues with that. Injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere. MLK...

I'm short on sleep for the week and watched a quad of asshats help reinforce the image of riders as reckless, suicidal douchebags otw to work this evening. <shrug> I'm feeling snarky... though I should admit, the tone and thought was really was with Newrider in mind.
