I know it's probably already been said, but whoever did your inspection is a dumbass. Shame you had to waste your time b/c you didn't know better than to tell him he was ABSOLUTELY wrong and get him to PASS you.

It's your first bike, there is tons more to learn bud. If you ever have any questions we are here to help. Many of us have been there, done that, and got the T-shirt

Also just an FYI for inspections. You do not have to have turn signals. If you have them, they just have to work properly.

I would have called a Honda dealership on the spot and asked them to "talk to this fool"

Ha! Not even necessary. Waste of time IMO. I would have told him he does not know WTF he is talking about, and if he is gonna be an ignorant , then he can gladly get his manager who hopefully knows better than him.

Yes you had to fix it because if there is a light on the bike it has to work. If you would have unplugged and removed both you would have been fine.

Bikes only have to have one headlight, before I did the dual headlight mod my fz6 people would always tell me, hey man you have a headlight out.

I didn't know that, but was wondering. I have an older bike with a cyclops dual beam headlight.

Yes, but if the bike has two headlights, they both must function

Glad you got it taken care of the 2nd time around. I actually just got mine done today and all he did was print me a sticker and put it on haha. He didn't check for anything.

Now you need to go back up to the 1st place and rub his nose on your new sticker.
