Backroads to Papas on the Lake?

A friend of mine is coming in from out of town and we were going to go meet some people up at Papas on the Lake. I was wondering if anyone knows any good roads to take? We will be leaving from the Tomball area.

I would appreciate some insight! Thanks

Just keep in mind you are at the doorstep of some of the better riding around town. I would do 1488 to Honea Egypt to 2978, but if you have time roll the forest (149) at the very least.

No drinking for us, just a fun place to grab lunch and meet some friends on their boat.

Thanks for the tips guys, I'm going to look into all of them.

I dont drink and drive, it was merely a suggestion as I used to frequent the place regularly when I lived on the lake and I watched it happen waaay to often.
