that really sucks. And I hate the fact that we have to not only insure our own liability but we also have to insure against those without insurance!!!

If there were criminal charges for driving without insurance, I'm sure many many many people would think twice about driving without coverage.

A white person with no insurance would not be simply let go. They would be arrested and the car impounded. Same for a black person or a yellow one. Why? Simple - those people aren't usually illegals.

Don't hate, just stirring the pot here, carry on.
They let the drunks go too if they're illegal.

Thanks, he'll be fine thankfully, but the situation seriously me off. As CBR said, it's not a race issue-it's an illegal issue. They are flooding our schools at the borders, causing funds from the northern counties to be shifted to the border counties because the tax base isn't supporting them. Dumbing down education for all our kids everywhere. Our social services are overrun. the US is giving handouts, instead of a hand up. The Mexican govt. facilitates getting them across our border so those illegally in that country wont stop there. I have empathy for those wanting a better life , however: we must take care of our citizens first. And if you only want a handout, have no interest in assimilating, are not proud to be an American or desire to become one, then gtfo !!!!

Well, I was going to ask you to provide proof, and ask how many times you've been there when they get let go, specially when drunk, but Pester got let go once, so, point to you.

We all know that being an illegal is a free pass to do just about whatever the you want. Has to be a capital crime for the cops to even think about doing the paperwork.

Absolutely certain. And i really don't care what color the person is-it is the fact that they got a pass due to their illegal status. And considering how one of our white legal contractors on site missed a couple days work for driving without insurance and had his truck impounded-yep, I'd say the same police agency does arrest citizens who are white. Officers discretion also is affected but their chiefs policies. The mere fact that we are having this discussion is ridiculous. Your inferrance that I am racist is also off the mark. i am American. Because of our liberal policies my son and many others have been harmed physically and financially by our lack of immigration enforcement and poor policies.Less govt. less taxes less handouts-the liberals have been taking from me and sharing the wealth for too long.

We already have the laws for this, driving without insurance, driving without license, etc. We don't need more and overlapping laws we need better enforcement.

The LEO in this situation was grossly incompetent and derelict in his duties that he is sworn and paid to enforce. If that driver was allowed to leave the scene as stated and proceeded down the road and t-boned and killed another I would like to see the LEO share in the criminal charges for vehicular homicide.

Get the officer's name from your son's police report and file a formal complaint. This is the only way to stop this BS of LEO's deciding on their own what is too much trouble for them and/or what will not bring revenue to their dept/city.

-"it's happeneded to everbody" So it's no biggie.. We shouldn't let something like illigals driving illegally, hitting people and getting away with it get us upset?

-"there mexicans everywhere" I don't think we are pointing fingers at "mexicans" but rather the dumbfuck illigals breaking the law with little more than a slap on the wrist.

-"if you don't like it move" ...really?
