Woodbranch PoPo

What attorney do you guys recommend? Got a speeding ticket in Woodbranch earlier this morning. I have one for Houston, but he doesn't do Woodbranch.

If you truely got a ticket from Woodbranch then I recommend you do not waste your money on an attorney. Write in, request deferred adjudication and pay your fine. With any luck you won't have to take defensive driving. (I live there)

Woodbranch is a little burb. I think court meets once a month and the policemen always show. Things may have changed in the past year... but I doubt it.

Thanks for the input. The attorney is still cheaper than the fine so I'll be going that route.

Imo an attorney won't get you off in Woodbranch. Then you'll be out both the attorneys fees and the fine.
As Meaner suggested, ask for either DSC or Deferred and move on.

I live there part time and just realized the other day that they nail people on 59 as well. I hate driving in and out of that hood.

The biggest trick the attorneys have is to re-scheduling court dates, and try to hit it on a day that the ticketing officer isn't there.

That township is small enough that the officer is highly likely to be there, so that's probably not going to work

If you go with deffered adjudication and you get another ticket somewhere else, you could be on the hook for both tickets.

I would do DD first.

you can have 2 defers 3 as long as they are not in the same town or county depending if ones from a sheriff deputy or city officer.

Ask for a change of venue because you believe you can't get a fair trial because the entire system already believes you're guilty and they're out to get you. See if you can get it changed to Kalawao county.
