Decent track bike?

Looking for a low cost entry for a track bike. What do you think of these models?

Monster SR4

Thanks for info.

Yeah that SV is ballin... i want it.. but no money for it right now...

Parts are cheap and if you learn to be fast on an SV you can be fast on anything.

Had trouble following the thread to figure out if it was for sale or not. Finally got it with the later posts and figured out it is for sale still or again. Going to look at pursuing it too. They seem to go really quick if they are SV.

The SR4 wouldn't make a good low cost track bike. Parts are too expensive and not common enough to be low cost.

Good choice. Yamaha's are great bikes. I love my track R6 I picked up recently. even my R1 would be good for the track too. Cant go wrong.

I've got a killer F4 set up with Ohlins, EBC, RaceTech and HRC components, for $2500.00.
