Thumbs up Jay Newton Makes 600cc Debut!!

Super impressed with Jay Newton's riding this weekend!! Saturday(short track)= 5th in E Superstock and 3rd in F4 on a new Ninja 250 that he and I put together on Wednesday night. He and team mates William Renville and Austin Gore came from 4 laps down to claim 2nd place in the 4 hour Mini Endurance. All the boys were flying!! Sunday(long track)= 4th in Clubman after a hard fought battle with friend Wyatt Sperry.

Jay also raced his 2007 Yamaha R6 for the first time today. In B Superstock Novice, Jay started one row behind the entire group of a two wave start, and rode clear up to 19th place out of a 33 bike field putting in his personal best lap of a 1:25 and change. Not to shabby for a 14 year old kid. WAY TO GO, BUDDY!!!
