AS sweeper you are able to observe peoples riding habits. Please note. As a rule you need to maintain safe distance 2-4 seconds from the person in front of you. Also need to use moderation when accelerating, refrain from rapid acellerating and hard braking, it can cause a slingshot effect which riders in back would not want to be involved in. you also need to make sure you are in staggered formation. If any unsafe riding is noted on a group ride you will be asked to leave. This was mentioned in the pre ride meetings please follow these instructions and be safe we all want to get home on two wheels.

Thank you for your comments my friend, a group ride as big as the one we just had is only successful because of helpers, sweepers and experienced riders that shed light onto thee noob riders.
the leader is as good as the pace setter, ride routing, lunch spot, and kicking anyone out. (That's when the wife allows us to rule outside our boundaries)
Each rides their ride, and as a ride organizer (if I could be considered) all I ask for is safety. I don't care who's faster or leans the most.
just the feeling of getting into a group ride is an awesome experience for a noob. I,e; my wife had tons of fun, this was her first group ride.
im sorry we didn't have much time to organize this better, next I do I'll go down in more teachings from my short experience.

thanks to "my friends" longnap (I brought an air hose we could hook up to a tire for oxygen) joey-bala (should be) mark on that awesome aprillia () Malena, you guys rock the boat! Grsa, always nice to ride and picture hunt with you. All participants for being safe, and last but not least my wife for not rear ending me!

Lucar as always it was great to ride with you. Also I was not relating this to her, it was someone else. I figured she could handle you on her own
