Yeah, only reason I did that is because I knew they were BS and the only way to get it dropped is to take it to court, where you will have to pay court fines.

That's pretty much extortion.

Those dates are Wednesdays and Thursday. Also I might've bee. Riding in the right lane, I don't remember well. But I could swear that I followed that electronic sign they have and the left said es tag....

It's not like I'm unaware of the consequences of actions I may or may not take.

They said they may take legal action, but it doesn't mean they are going to. I would rather choose to not be extorted and deal with it if the situation arises.

I spoke w them just yesterday and asked them this very question...
the response was they are expanding, all the "extra" money is being used to expand, improve, repair and create new tollways.

As far as unpaid charges go, they will charge +-$35 for the fine at first notice, then second notice like +-$95, if unpaid they will report it to your credit and deny your registration for I think both plate and license renewal.

They keep close tabs on me, they have called me and asked me how I get from here to there without being anywhere in between and how is it possible for me to be there and then here in like three seconds?
