Did you get the officers badge number? Call for a supervisor and file a complaint. I am sure there was damage to his bumper he could have matched up to your car. He might not have seen you when he hit you but he sure saw you when you popped out spinning in the other lane. Call his company too if you haven't already and report it.

that sucks glad your ok.. I agree with witchdoc about the officers badge # so that you could file a complaint.. To bad you didnt have your camara with you so you could take pics of the actual truck and its bumper.

Thanks, guys.
I'm fine, just sore here and there.

I didn't get the officer's badge number.
Otherwise, I would've had lots to say.

A sales representative from the truck driver's company showed up later.
He said he's glad nobody got hurt and they'll take care of all the damage.
I'm just hoping they'll do what they said.
That freakin truck barely had a scratch on the bumper.

Sad thing is, because I had to hunt down the truck driver, I didn't have time to get a witness...

Apparently the truck driver was going for the "pit" maneuver.

Sorry to hear about your accident :(

Didn't take long (I'm a graphic designer).
I needed them for incident report anyways.

We weren't going fast.
It was light rush hour traffic.
Probably somewhere around 25mph.
