Why are people in Russia so crazy?

This just adds to the long list of you tube videos I have seen of people in Russia or Ukraine doing absurdly insane things that should have killed them. Such as doing pull ups off the edge of a massive crane or bungee jumping off of random abandon factory structures.

This dude is either really stupid or doesn't care if he dies or both.
