rim stripe painting

where should i go to get rim stripes painted? similar to "ZizouTriumph's" bike of the month http://motohouston.com/forums/showthread.php?t=226876

i tried applying rim tape myself, which first side went well and looked good, but just couldn't get it right after that. any suggestions or ideas are accepted.

Time, Patience, and a little tool I have that helps feed the tape and lay it. A steady hand helps.
