for those software gurus here

At the shop we use an Information system contained in ten dvd's, and since it's a drag having to change dvd's from the drive everytime we choose a different vehicle, it would be nice to have them loaded in the HDD, I know it can be done, one shop I used to work at had this, so anyway, n e one knows about any program I can use to achieve this? what is it called? a virtual drive programs or something? Also, if it can be done I will need help so we can share this across a network (just the shops PC where the info system will be loaded and my laptop connected wirelessly to the network, which will be sitting on top of my toolbox)...I know there's someone with the know how here.

Good info! You can use Alchohol120% or MS even has a free ISO mounting tool Call virtualCD. Or more then likey you could explore the CD and find what format the content is in and from that information find a way to use it localy. Plenty of ways to do this.
