I have an '02 RSVR trackbike. Stock rads and fan. The fan doesn't do anything at speed (which makes sense, air flowing over the rad at 60+ mph is more powerful than the fan), but when I roll into the pits the temp will jump. I don't believe the fan comes on till 212F so I wouldn't worry about 215.
