TXORR race this weekend

Should be fun especially if we get some rain. If you don't want to race, you can ride the course all day on Sunday for $20 and see what kind of terrain we race on. It would be a good way to get your feet wet.

I'm kinda interested in open riding on Sunday, not so much night racing (I kinda think that's asking for it)....and Cedar Creek is a long drive for a one day leisurely ride....decisions, decisions. Not to mention having to ride a Honda. Thanks for the offer Lee....will contemplate.

That said, maybe I'll consider going for moral support for the night races....I could bring an EZ up, reclining chair, and a cooler full of beer...oh, and a pop up with AC.

I can't make it. Back is feeling good, but now I have loads of stuff to catch up on around the house and need to sort out a few bugs on the bike.

You guys have fun and be safe. I want to try a night race this summer.

you first have to reach the finish line in order to wait on me.. I've only DNF'd once thus far.. I'm working on building the bike to suit me now..

I will be dropping the bike off next week at JM Racing for the suspension work but I need to find a lowering link for the rear, and I need to figure out what i'm going to do with the front end..

http://www.motorcycleloweringlinks.c..._lowering_link

thought about having some custom wheels made (smaller diameters, 19/16) just to get it a little lower for me.

I just ordered a Rekluse for it this morning as well, I figure since it's a heavier and larger bike, this will benefit me far more than anything else I can do to it.

Lee also mentioned that I should cut the sub frame down to lower the seat height.

i think today i might be a huge step closer to the Orange flavored fuel injected tea.

It was a tough course, very dry and lots of creek bed sections and loose river rock. Had a blast. Well worth the drive. Didn't do the night race because I don't have a headlight, and I'm not crazy.
