Great from a PR standpoint........but as they said in the article it probably isn't that useful so far from the border. Look at how much has been on the news about it.........

It's legal for a private business to specify what types of payment they will accept. However, they will always have to accept US money (legal tender).

Many places in Germany accepted the USD while I was there. They gave me a tty exchange rate though .... and change in Euros.

Rumor has it that even Mexico doen't want the Pasos.
They too want USD, so this should work out well for pizza.

I assume that this is just the start of a major trend in the US.

mexico always welcome and use pesos, and of course the US dollar

but wont welcome U S coins only us bills and i mean nationwide
