I hit one of those small brown birds at 140 one time wearing a mesh jacket, just got a small bruise. A gull at 170 is another story though.

I wrote them inquiring to see if they could make me a replica of the one Jorge Lorenzo wore for the 2011 race in Brno. :( They said no.

Is "seagull" code for almost low siding? Like at :25 ? "Man, did you see me seagull back at that corner?
I didn't see no real seagull or 170mph.

i smacked into a vulture at a much more civil speed, like 60 or so on old plantersville rd, between dobbin and montgomery. reality hits you hard when you hit a vulture. got my in my left shoulder and chest area.

Friend & I were outside Fayetteville when he smacked in to one. Broke his face shield and hurt his left shoulder not to mention a bad headache. 70mph hitting a 15lb bird is not nice...
