Change of mind.....

After riding my brothers 250 ninja I decided to get one of my own and hold off on the 600. I must say......I droped the bike and I broke his blinker and his break lever. He was cool with it and he told me to get back on and try it again.....thanks bro

Probably a good idea then. The good news is 250s are cheap.

anyone who tells me they are tired of a good 250, just told me they never learned how to ride....get the 250 and when you want a second bike, get the 600 and keep the 250 to play with...you will wind up being a better rider. i currently have 7 bikes and one of the most fun to ride is a tarded crf100.

I just saw the honda cbr 250 and wow.......when I get my money together its going to be a hard call between the ninja or the cbr. Thanks guys for your inputs after droping the bike I was kinda scared but my bro was like get back on....when I left his house I was doing 45(2nd gear) and I was leaning the bike just a lil bit when I went into the turns and I must say I was surprise how good it felt. Oh yeah I did stall the bike.

I caged behind a CBR250 with TwoBro can yesterday on the way home. Sounded like it was straining to do 70mph on 59, but that could just be the single's exhaust note. Followed him for quite a while down Williams Trace. The single sounded real nice at those speeds.

I like the Honda because it has fuel injection.

Yeah it was really hard to choose between the honda and the kawasaki. I really wanted the honda for it's fuel injection but unfortunately, I hardly see any on craigslist. There are A LOT of ninja 250s though.

And like Obed say, keep the 250 when you upgrade. It'd be fun to use. I miss my250

Great choice, i own a kawi 250, i liked it over the honda. My first bike however, years ago, in my teens, was an ex 500, dropped a few times, went up to 600's then 1k's... all in my younger years mind you.

Now, i love my baby ninja, its awesome, i ride it everyday in Htwon, never any power issues or staying ahead of traffic.

I learned the hard way when i was young, its the rider, not the bike, so learn to be a rider first.

The little Ninja will do 110.. more than enough for "traffic"

Great choice for a first or just a fun bike.

Just because you dropped the bike doesn't mean your not ready for the bigger bike, it means your not ready to ride period yet. Go take the MSF first and drive around in a parking lot for a while
