Pipercross In Houston?

Hey guys, I was looking for a specific type of air filter for my bike. I wanted to get the Pipercross Air Filter. I was wondering if anyone here knew any shops around Houston that might have that?

I've looked around a little and it seems that I can only get it online. I would prefer to buy it locally from somewhere and just get rather than waiting for it to ship here, lol.

Most will probably recommend K&N. According to the Pipercross website, Blue Monkey Motorsports (Cal-Sportbike) is the exclusive US importer for Pipercross air filters.

We're a dealer for them.
That said I've not had good experiences with the product. I've had multiple ones fail over time. What application are you wanting it for?

What kind of failure are you talking about Patrick and on which application?

I am only familiar with them for the oe replacement panel filters for the ninja 250.

For replacing the stock air filter on my 08 250R. From what I've looked up, most people claim that they're a little better than the K&N, at least on the 250R.

I went with an UNI replacement filter. one layer less than Pipercross 3 layer.

The failures I'm seeing are the filters are deteriorating over time and then start coming apart, sending debris down stream into the carbs/throttle bodies.
