help with info

I'm wondering if anyone on here knows about a 2005 GSXR-600 for sale on Craigs list. The guy selling it is asking 2900 for it and from the pics it looks like it has been down cause the front forks look like they are lacking some rake. Let me know what is going on with it.

the guy is a member here.

he only posts to sell stuff - does not indulge in other conversations.

look in the classified section.

i would treat him no different then a dealer.

It is also listed in the for sale here on this forum. Motorcycleman is the seller and a MH member. It does look like the fork are pushed back. About $300 on ebay.

Looks more like the lower triples / steering head on the frame.
PM or call the guy and ask him.

Thanks you guys, I kinda figured something was wrong with it. I'll find out for sure. I wonder what the guy paid for it too. I know he won't tell me honestly. Are any of you guys honestly interested in the bike?

It's a business thing. If he bought it for $1, he would sell it at market price. As a buyer if the price is right for the condition of the bike, then buy it. Really no need to wonder how much the seller paid for it.
