Carb service?

I picked up my nephew's bike (Suzuki 1200 Bandit) and he had let it set for the last 4 years with gas in it. I have smelled rotten gas in the past, but this stuff would put 3 day old crawfish guts to shame. I've found a replacement gas tank and about to pull the carbs; the throttle won't even turn. So, I'm guessing the slides are all stuck inside the carb bodies. I've been away from the performance street bike scene for years; but I remember there used to be companies that did carb service specifically for inline four cylinder street bikes. I'm thinking it would be better to use one of these guys instead of spending the next year trying to do it myself.
So, have any of you used a carb service company that you would be willing to recommend to clean up and get a set of 4 carbs working again?

Also looking for someone who can clean up the replacement tank - couple of dents and repaint.

Thanks for any info

Jay
