Can be caused by a few things but in that video it just looked like too much throttle too soon.

The further the bikes lean angle the less tire is touching the ground.
So when accelerating out of a corner you have less rubber to use for acceleration. Not to mention a portion of the tires traction is also being utilized for turning.

As you begin to accelerate after the apex you should also at the same time begin to stand the bike upright again.
