back pain? moto related .

I had an incident unloading my bike a couple of weeks ago. bike fell away from me and i caught it. my back didnt hurt for a couple of days, but then it has been hurting sometimes unbearably. the pain is in my lower back; vertebrae right above my pelvis and on the right side of.my pelvic bone at the back.
Has anyone experienced pain like this? right now i am in agony. i dont want to lay down. standing doesnt hurt so much. i shouldn't take any more pain meds. i have been trying to stretch but really that seems to.make it worse. it will hurt after i wake up and feel better around noon.
anyway, anyone have any suggestions? i dont want to go to a doc. if there is something i can do at home, ill try it.

i am beginning to worry that the pain wont get better. it seems to have only gotten worse. i dont want to be unable to ride once my bike is finally done

I have a mini electro therapy module... But it might be a pinched muscle if it hurts that much.. Definitely chiro it...

Chiro---best bet. Why be in agony? My back is a bit sore today from trying to push start Ed's Ducati and a lot of riding this weekend. Take care of your body, it is the only one you have....hope you get better!
