What up Dotcom....Me personally I would say sound first because I seen all types of bikes with stock exhaust and my only fear is other vehicles ( especially 18 wheelers ) not seeing or hearing you.....Then I would say for performance reasons....

I'm still on my stock one, but would like to pick up a Leo Vince. Mainly for looks and sound. . . don't need a full system, my bike is fast enough.

I'd say looks and sound if your just riding on the street cause they all pretty much give you just a "little" performance over stock.

btw: you forgot looks in your poll.......
