I wouldnt to anything to it MOTOR wise, just intake and exhuast.

If you want more power, just change the gearing up on it. Cheap too.

Aint gonna happen without turbo.

Also, have you confirmed the 167 via GPS? I doubt you actually hit that speed.

honestly, you're wasting your money by boosting a 600. How many spots can you actually hit 150+ without being a total asshat on the freeway?

there's a lot you can do to your motor. bore it out, do some head work, race cams, valve job, crank, lighten rotor, etc etc..

how much are you looking to spend and i'll try to help point you in the right direction.

if you need any parts or service, be sure to hit us up at 281-651-1961. we'll get you hooked up!

if.. you fully build and turbo your 600RR... you can break 200MPH.. but will cost about $10,000 ... because you would need to reinvent the rear so you don't do a gainer on the freeway. then parts, tuning, etc.. you can get a liter bike.. that will most likely keep up with a turbo 600rr... for half that price.. But... if you really really really want to be unique... I have someone that can turbo that 600rr.. He has a turbo hayabusa and shot me down on turboing the 600rr that I have.

"unique" works. Sure there are cost effective ways to go faster, or platforms better suited, but its YOUR bike, not thiers. I would rather have an intricate Hyosung GT-250R, (or Fischer 650) worked/massaged out, than a stock busa or similar, at the same price.

Go for it!
