Mancuso Service Center Southwest?

Im bringing the R1 in for service tomorrow (recall before warranty expires). I forgot to ask if there service center is in the same location as the showroom floor (next to cycle gear). I recall seeing a Mancuso service center right after Fondren last week on the opposite side of the freeway. Can anyone confirm?

Thanks

Do you need to make an appointment of any kind to get service or can we just show up?
