Track day new guys, make sure you get with Buck, Alonzo or Jason and ask them for a round robin showing of the track before everything get started. This will give you a viewing of the track with out others on it.

Yes, get with the instructors as well and let them know you are the newbs and they will give you a jersey to put over your leathers. This will keep the faster riders from passing to close and let them keep on eye on what you are up to (For help and stuff.) and remember to relax, ask lots of questions, visit John and have your tire pressure set, visit Brandon and Patrick to have your suspension adjusted and have fun.

also, if you are one of those that cares a lot about the looks of your bike and this is your first time, i recommend race bodywork. It will save a lot of money in case of an accident and i really hope there are none.

+ higher than I can put on here! Dr Gonzo for the win... If it was not for him and helping me I would have ended up wrecking! Do not be affrais to ask for help ANYONE out there would rather give you advice and pointers than you just assume you know what you are doing and wreck because then that slows them down. I followed several people AT MY OWN PACE for probably half the time I rode and learned the track first. People were going past me so fast couldnt tell who was who but I learned the track.

Wish I could make it out there with yall on this one but HOPEFULLY I will be at the next one!
