I know that for a day or 2 you were starting to sound like a decent guy...

now your starting to be a again....

that would fall apart if you got over 100.. no way it would 1. stay together : 2. be able to turn

Only problem with a turbo so remotely mounted is lag, you have a lot more pipe to pressurize.

BTW, all I can say about the bike is 'now that's BALLA'

So since i don't have a shop I suddenly don't have a leg to stand on in this?? please sit down. in your small world of knowledge it would fall apart over 100 and a 170-180 hp motor would struggle to move what looks like 700 lbs down the road. yet that's more hp than a 4 cylinder engine in a Honda accord that has to haul 2900 lbs of car weight to 130mph.

simple math. yeah you're right that engine won't get far let me tell you.

by the way I've been a mechanic for a couple years now. and I've currently been with the railroad for over a year as a mechanic. So i know a little something. But far from everything. I'm still working up enough nerve to ask patrick to teach me some engine fine tuning that I don't know.

i didnt even notice it had a turbo, anyways, it is just an easier ay to get the intake temps down a wee bit, it also provides for a smidgen of turbo lag:laughing6

The lag on rear mounted turbos vs. front mounted is negligible. They are becoming quite popular with car guys.

well if you were on top of it then you would probably realize that depending on what turbo kit he was running 170 to 180 hp is baby sh*t. looks like he has too much money to spend on the bike so I am gunna guess that it has a good turbo kit like velocity. stage 1 or 2 set up depending if it has a built motor could push out way more than 200++
so again it could possibly be running 200+ hp and what part about that doesnt spell FAST.
got a turbo 1000 in the garage now that hits more than 300hp on the dyno. stage 2. so figure what a busa might do. 400hp easy! cake walk power..

just me .02 cents
and by the way I dont like the bike.
