We need the deets! Define beast mode, and was there any blood shed?

But really man, congrats on getting it back. I couldn't imagine having to deal with some like that

At least you learned a valuable lesson, AND you recovered the motorcycle

You don't mean "beast w/ two backs" mode, right? I mean, you said you were buddies, and we all do crazy things because we love our bikes, but there should be a limit...

Police do a escort to things like this. You can say you want a cop to escort you to get your property back. The cop won't help you or take sides though, just simply prevent a fight or worse.

"beast mode" = after receiving great advice about the procedures to take from Freshnel, I went ahead and sent him notarized notice of intent to reposses including an advance notice to let him know vehicle was gonna be reported stolen and would have an APB on it, knowing he has warrants on his record right now, not really something he wanted to deal. He bitched and moaned about it but end of the day had to give up the bike. Easy as that...

Most importantly bike is back home where she belongs...

I was going to advise you to contact Fresnel, but I see that you had already done so.

I hope members recognize what an excellent resource we have in Fresnel for legal counsel. I have used him on a couple of occasions and he has provided me with outstanding service and support.

Congrats on recovering your bike - don't do that again. If professional lenders won't lend someone the money to buy a bike, you can bet there is a good reason.
