Cops like to pull bikes over to make sure they're legit. Not stolen, insured, registered, endorsed rider and so on. I don't mind so much as long as I don't get a ticket. One time in Waller county I got a bs ticket for crossing into the oncoming lane which i'm fighting right now

I was given no paper warning?? Is a warning a slip that they give you?

Means he followed you and looked at how fast he was going, and decided you were going the same speed.
