Hagon is the bomb!

So... about a year ago exactly my Progressive shock let go....

I checked into rebuilding it and decided a new Hagon was a better option...

The last day or so I have noticed the scooter feels funny... I was looking at it and sure enough... the 11 month old Hagon (with roughly 13K miles on it) is leaking it's off....

Get home, pull the box with the reciept I kept out and give the US distibutar a ring. The same girl I bought it from last year answers. I tell her who I am and what my problem is (2 year warranty, fully expecting to have to put the
factory pogo stick on and send them back their shock to be rebuilt).

She appologizes, checks stock, verifies her current order and lets me know she will have a new one next friday to SHIP TO ME or if they have to build it
the friday afterwards. She'll send it out with a return label.

WOW.... I am impressed. THAT is customer service.
