f1 light

so my f1 light came on today and the code is c46 which is the set valve and which i already removed and cut the 30 wire.. can anybody help me figure out what this could be

I would double check that the wire is still taped up right. Other then that, Im not really sure.....I removed my wire instead of cutting it...
