can someone weld my broken stay?

well my fairing stay had a crack in it from stress or vibration or something, and it finally broke. im not sure what the material is, but i would guess aluminum. the break is where the crossbar meets the side bar of the stay, at the T joint. it looks like it broke where its been welded before.

it looks like a minor job so if someone has the equipment and skill, the beers are on me. if you can spot weld it and save me having to buy a new one ill be most grateful! :notworthy

Down on your side of town either take it to Sabs or Andy over at Metric.

in the red circle is where its broken. i can get a new stay on ebay for like $120, ron ayers.com is like $100, but with my discount through work i could get one for $60-$70. id guess thats about what a shop would want to charge to do it professionally. id rather just buy someone a 12 pack, and have it rigged, though...

Call Sams Cycle Salvage, ask for Chris, he posts here as Romeo36, they probably have one they'll sell cheap.
