Seriously? Why are y'all bustin this guy? The point of this is not about where the bike was purchased from, it's about getting a bike fixed that is under warranty. He can't do anything now about the bike being purchased from Eximports. Thats a done deal... so bustin on him for that now at this point is just stupid.

Civicious, I would just take Patricks advice on how to go about handling this. Use his post as a checklist of key points to make with them. But like others have said, dont go about this in a rude manner if you plan on getting somewhere.

never ever ever ever ever ever do any business with EXImports. Have you seen there inventory lately? rashed up used bikes with crappy shinko tires on them. horrible service, terrible bikes. I wont set foot in the place. they are a bunch of thieves. Will, give them an earfull, and then some, for me.

actually I think we have every right to bust on this guy.... he started out by saying he was going to kill someone... if he started out by talking rationally, instead of every other word being F UCK then mabye we go about it differantly...but when you start a thread about how you are going to go into a place of business and go postal and committ an act of violence, then you better sit down son, because the flaming will begin......

and obviously he didnt listen to one person's advice on this entire board, because I dont think there is one person on this entire site that would recommend Ximports... so he got what he deserves... NO PITTY HERE!!!!

i agree with patrick, rational conversation and negotiation will get you much further than being an , all they have to do is say "o-well" and your screwed. they may have to take it in on warranty and then really you off by taking their sweet time making repairs which will just fuel your fire even more. So put yourself in their shoes before you go up there.

Talking to Pablo will not help. Grow up and talk to Fabian, I also known him for quite sometime and trust me, not everything escalates to him, once he knows what is going on he will do the right thing. His brother carlos is also a good guy but Fabian is a business man, he will take care of it.
