Sorry to hear about your bike. Here's my advice:

Go there and ask for Fabian (the owner) or Carlos (the sales manager).
(Note: I don't know either one of these guys but I've met Carlos a time or two and he seemed like a decent guy)

Calmly yet firmly tell them everything and what you expect them to do about it; i.e.; pick up the bike from your house, wash the bike thoroughly, repair what caused the oil leak, replace anything that may be unsafe because of it being drenched in oil; rear tire or rear brake pads.

Note: they may be able to clean the rear tire, but I'd leave it open with them that it has to be to your satisfaction or it's replaced.

If you haven't asked already, find out the miles on the engine they installed and what warranty it comes with. Get it in writing.

Also get in writing what happened this time and what they are going to do to fix it.

I understand you being off about the situation, but you probably won't get far cursing them out / threatening them.

You might feel better afterwards, but you'll still have a broken bike.
Better to make them live up to their obligations.

My 2 cents.

Mostly because my warranty is through them, and if I take it elsewhere I have to pay for it. I'd be more than happy to take it to Patrick or NWC...maybe you'd like to pay for them to repair my bike.

maybe you should understand the consequences of buying a bike at a high interest rate, from a shop with bad reputation, etc before you buy $10k bike that is a HOBBY, not a way of life.

live and learn and just pass this on to other riders

. im suprised you didnt have manufacturers warranty from yamaha.

Who's fault is it that you can't get financed? Maybe you should have thought about that kinda stuff before you made the purchase... Not trying to t on you, but it sounds like you didn't think things through before you made the purchase. That's not smart.

Before everyone starts capping on the boy, he had his bike stolen, so he was a little stretched to buy another one.

Irregardless, it's not his fault, Eximport should pony up and stand behind the bike. Beating up on civicious is pointless.

My 2 cents.

: well, it seems that someone ate a bowl of short temper wheaties this morning....

hey, before you go postal bro, try calling them and explaining the situation to them, i'm sure that they will take care of you if you just got it....but if they dont, then get angry....

oh by the way.... i dont think Eximport is the manufacturer of the bike, dont get me wrong, but arent they re-sellers????

and also, you have been posting on this site long enough to know that no one on this entire site approves of Eximport at all.......so in a way, I think everyone is saying "I told you so", and you kind of had it coming to even buy from them......

so this all i have to say
