F4i problem solving.....

OK.. I downloaded the service manual....

Checked all the wires with the wiring diagram...

hot wired the ignition and fuel pump...

and this is the problem...

No fuel is going to the motor, and no spark to the plugs...

I have no gauges so i cant do self diagnose...

I think the ECM that I bought off of ebay may be no good...

everything else is working.. lights, it turns over, but no fuel and no spark... i tested this by watching with flashlight into intake while cranking, no fuel seen... and primering with fuel into throttle bodies, no sputter...

So if anyone can, I need to know -

How to test an ECM

or any other tips...

when you turn it on you should be able to hear the fuel pump
theres a kill sensor type thing on the headlight assembaly that has to be plugged in or you have to jump the wires
